It was big fun especially when they weren’t planting as usual in the Eastern Sierras lakes due to the bacteria outbreak in 3 CA hatcheries. I purchased the WETFLY net at Rick’s Sport Center in Mammoth Lakes. It is super light and floats too! I regularly use Sierra Slammer swimbaits (1/16oz) and minijigs (1/32oz) but at this location, I did most of my damage with the trout magnets (1/64oz). Hope this helps out. Tight lines!

All the info can be found on this link mcgeecreekrv-campground.com If you practice catch and release, it must be with artificials and single prong barbless hooks and your own gear. Otherwise, $10/lb, no license required

6’10” GLoomis E6X 820S DSR. Firm, light and guides are always aligned as it is a one piece rod
