Hi Ruth, +30 here today as well. Going up to +35 later in the week. It's a dry heat so not as bad. Thanks for the peek of your garden. It looks like it's really coming along. The Sampler Shawl turned out wonderful. I love the other one you are working on as well. I hope you have a wonderful vacation. You have been prolific Ruth! I am very interested in the Tunisian Sampler Shawl. I love Tunisian crochet but for some reason, don't do very much of it. I am in awe of your ability to knit one of Stephen West's designs. The Fiberfest Shawl is turning out beautifully and the colors are perfect. Have a wonderful trip to the Shetland Islands. Perhaps we will see you sporting your pretty hat. If not, then I look forward to hearing all about your adventures when you return.

Thank-you! Fingers crossed-the Stephen West shawl is not done yet and at class last night one of the knitters told us that just one row of the border took her 45 minutes to complete! 😬It will be a magnum opus for sure when it’s finished…I will take my time with it for sure.
