Started C25K in April, signed up to my first 10K which I ran last weekend (1h 05m 17s PB ❤), and now training for the Great South Run using my Forerunner 55 daily suggested workouts. Perry's little groan was exactly how I felt after a long run =[ haha. I found Garmin's DSWs are really great for giving me a training plan when I just want to go out and run.
