Loving the exposure from Weipa! Red beach, hornybrook and gongbung always used to provide a feed. Great memories of the town spent 2 years as a kid in the 90’s (10-11) fishing Hunting and camping with family and friends could spin a few yarns about the place 😅 using 9 O hooks and 7 inch mullet in the creeks for jacks and Barra on hand lines

And the cast net is the casting section and the trailing section. Move it from your shoulder to your arm and the casting section stays the same.

My mates and I fish every day shift swing and when the moon isn’t in our favour the Mission bridge is the go to when it’s slow and wet.

Thanks mate, we tried prawns but had not luck. It did make us feel better that not many others were catching to much land based beside us either haha.
