Good summary. Your opinion on the case conference and a Judge issuing a section 30 assessment if one party completely pays for the cost of assessment but prior to the case conference, the other party refuses to do a case conference. They have something to hide? Curious.

My ex hiddes income, sucksss every penny from the system, gets a goooood solid child support from me and STILLLLL she gets everything her way... FAMILY LAW COURT IS CORRUPT, DARK AND SIMPLY DISGUSTING

If you going to court to resolve an issue because one party or one parent don't want to resolve it with the other parent and then need a third party like the the judge then obvious is about custody of the child then why that is just not what they're talking about why financial disclosure has to do what a damn thing if that's me for financial disclosure that means they want to know what moneys I have so they can extort what money has to do with a child everybody in the planet knows if you have a child you're going to provide for that child how the third party is going to involve themselves and make money offer you pain with fees so that's a conflict of interest that that third party is involved a they do not give a damn about your child All they concerns with who's going to give money or more money because if it was about the child they would not be making billions billions of child support that's why they ask for financial and to me that's violating your rights and your privacy it's obvious it's about extorting people need to educate themselves about laws and the statues because what you don't know they will extort you and abuse you
