It is fascinating to watch/listen to these as a non-doctor. I’m in awe at the amount of knowledge my medical colleagues have to gain in a relatively short time frame, especially in comparison to my experience of nursing education. I do think junior doctors have an unrealistic workload which I believe is improving, and that medical school needs to be more flexible in duration (allow less than fully full time study for periods of time) to allow a wider range of people to give a medical career a go.
