One of the topics that comes up in coaching a lot from leaders is how to give feedback. There are lots of reasons why leaders might find it challenging and often this is about their own relationship with feedback and what it feels like to them when they receive it. But, one of the simplest things we can do in coaching is to offer our clients a framework they can use to deliver high quality, effective feedback. Here we share the SBI model.
