If you want more pop of color on the shawl I would go with the teal, but I like the purple more myself. We are having wonderful fall colors here in Montana. My favorite part. I am loving my string of beads mitts and will definitely make more. Will send the pics. I have some hats to post too. Just been busy. Enjoy your trip.

Thanks for making me think. My crochet squares never seem to lay flat. I think partly it’s me tension in stitching them together, but hmmmm I should be blocking them before stitching them together. Your Patchwork is lovely. P.S. no fall colors here in Florida.
