Im glad I listened to this. For starters, Shawn wwwms like a great guy with excellent perspective. I had heard an interview previously with I believe all 3 members of the group. This was a couple of years ago. He said the same info, minus the fight, but maybe the context made it seem like they were saying that Nate did mikes job and Mike was just a body. I’m glad to hear this and have it cleared up. Also, we call can learn from his perspective on life following his fathers passing. Firstly, sorry for the loss. Shawn obviously has more comforts than most, so he can do whatever, but we all can do our thing when we can. You can still work moments in between responsibilities.

I love the way Shawn describes Boyz 2 Men's response to global success, fame, and awards, even their response to the song with Mariah Carey not getting the Grammy. Most people can probably relate to the "laughable" feeling, when they think, "Dang, now you know that's messed up", so your spirit says, "'I'm not even going to comment on that . . .". From my humble perspective, as I grew into adulthood during the 90's, Boyz 2 Men were and still are, in my mind, the equivalent to top executives at Google, Apple, Disney, Motown, etc., because they just got dem skillz. Their place in history is so solidified and epic, but I also believe that their humble beginnings keep them connected to their roots and that connection keeps them close to God. Authenticity is palpable. At the end of the day, these guys are successful, rich, and very talented guys who go through stuff just like everybody else. I'm so thankful that God has kept them and continues to keep them. The group certainly deserves all their accolades and blessings. Hey, great talk guys. God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think, so yes enjoy and love on your people(s) in this life. 👏👏🙌🙏🏽

I have heard it said that sean was the stuck up one in the group but nobody believed it because at the time he wasn't considered to be easy on the eyes and was jealous of Mike but the thing of it is I believe what they say now it appears he never liked Michael to begin with and probably didn't want him in the group to begin with because if the man had an illness even though they found out later sean had no empathy no sympathy nothing yet the temptations treated their baseman better when they learned of his illness he performed through than boys to men treated Mike.

Good interview until towards the end when you started speaking about vaccinations and autism. Yes it’s a controversial topic but that was not the platform to bring that up. Putting unproven theories out there is irresponsible. Vaccinations has saved heaps of lives, the statistics and evidence is out there. I haven’t seen or read anything that vaccinations is linked to autism.
