Gary was way ahead of his time with predictions, we're still waiting for sweet wines to catch back on though! Sweet Tokajis are classic and underpriced in the world of fine wine.

I like that you write and post the name and price of the wine on the screen for us. Makes it easier for us to find. Thanks

this was so heartwarming :) :): I am so proud as a hungarian. It was so nice to hear the appreciation. My favorite wines are from Tokaj. I could only recommend to go there and try not only the wines of the big and well-known brands but you can easily find hidden secrets in some small private vineyards.

Chateau Henye, well dessert wine, very expensive.... I recommend a demi sec Blin champagne just for 35$ and good sweet champagne dessert wine a votre sante!

desert wines are usually sweet because the wine maker stops its fermentation process early either by adding "safe" chemicals, heating, or cooling so the yeast dies and has less time time make alcohol and more sugar is left for the sweet awesomeness that is dessert wine.

I LIKE WINE BUT NOT THE BITTER. IS THERE ANY WAY TO TAKE THE BITTER OUT OF WINE WITHOUT USING SPRITE?

The first time I tried dessert wine (an Italian brand) it blew me away. You can't really drink one bottle or else you'll fall over.

For someone with a 100 point scale, you sure have extremely high standards. You might as well change your point scale, since it seems that anything under 80 isn't worth anything. That's alot of numbers.
