Many of the Volvo Penta engines from this era is very similar, so most of this series will be relevant for owners of other engines including tamd and tmd series, D and AD series from 1988- 1993, AQAD series and KAD series. Yes I'm in Auckland to. I have AD41P-A. Just had the worst time getting run around. Taken 3 years to get it reconditioned. Covid didn't help. Engine will be going in this week.

Hi Sven, did you ever do the turbo removal video? Would be great if, even over 6 months, you put some of the footage of all the other minor servicing items that you did. How is your boat now? I know with your job, your time is really never your own, but my Nimbus 35DC is nearly ready for the water again, and I'm curious what the last 6-7 years has brought to your boating endeavours! How do you best clean the inlet? Is aftercooler and laddluftkylare same thing? Have a kad32p and thinking about cleaning the inlet

I am having issues with my Volvo KAMD 300 engine (450hrs) which appears to be producing a lot of steam at the exhaust and the temperature is also going up a bit. We have checked all of the usual raw water culprits (no change). We have also just had the injectors serviced and they are about to be re-installed. If that doesn’t fix it, could a faulty aftercooler cause these symptoms?

Here's an idea, shut your own audio off: make YOUR OWN videos!!!!! If you can't follow the pictures and videos without sound, perhaps you can find someone with crayons and plenty of paper to explain it to you, whilst you listen to Incy Wincy Spider! Any you are CLEARLY not motivated enough to follow this , or possibly anything even remotely technical, given that your MAIN takeaway from this brilliantly put together video, is the music! And finally, it is utterly rude to tell someone else who is, in his own time, providing others with hugely valuable knowledge, that otherwise would cost $1000's! Think on!

I also commented that the video is interesting (meaning I learnt things) just watching it. My comment asked please to turn down or off the music as it dominates over your commentary which I want to hear. Don't get so upset , read comments carefully. It could be a language translation barrier as you may not be predominantly English speaking. I appreciate your videos and was trying alert you to that the music to talking ratio was leaning the wrong way.
