You guys are right, understanding the fact that not everyone is living a perfect life and learning how to deal with your emotions and your body with proper hydratation, food, exercise ect.. That’s the same fundamentals I have been applying to my life and not many people know how to deal with THEMSELVES before dealing with other people. Great podcast!

That's the sort of stuff everyone needs to be listening to boys!! Education for entertainment is the way to go.. what hit home for me was what you read that if you're failing alot at least your trying alot that's what to focus on.

19:40 I’m bad for that. My dang dreams get me sometimes. The worst. Congrats on all of the success guys. Would love to figure out a way to get ahead up here in Canada. Been commenting on your videos and watching along the journey for a while now. I’m 29 and want to begin covering the sport, possibly having a fight or two, see how it goes at least. No training though. Went through some stuff. Been feeling ready to get out of the slump for a while now. I know I have to start taking action but it’s very difficult for me to get the ball rolling. All the best. Not sure why I wrote that but that’s what I end up doing sometimes in the mornings after bowling up

Listening to Alan Watts really helps to chill out too. His voice is so calming. YT is great for people - when I was younger going through depression on my own there was NOTHING and ZERO talk about anxiety, depression ... whatever ...

is timbo's canelo i'm impressed. y'all need to add elbows to the body, no one can take ya down. you come in shield up, moving around them, getting behind them as best to can to get the 2 on 1 angle, elbow drive in the tummy full rotation. cant get under it for a TD -- it's the only strike which risks nothing if a TD is coming , even knees... they could catch your leg -- and the elbow lower arm can frame off if they drop levels to match you dropping to elbow their gut. for strikers needing to beat a good grappler, low stand elbows to the body... and knees, but don't forget dem elbows. Needs speed and i recommend using max power when going for it. do it right you only need 1

Depression is something that you don't want to believe that you have. When you realise that your depressed and its going to take time to come back then once You realise that, you just broke out of depression, well that's the most amazing feeling. It took six months for me.

@AlexisLaplante6 жыл бұрын
How old are you? I would say that you listen to them if you are younger, anyway, going into a fight with less than a year of consistent training will probably result in a loss wich means damage, take your time...

Unless ur mother goes to the gym with u she won’t know u have been sparring . Just keep training until you get good and when ur old enough to make decisions yourself you can then compete . Good luck on ur journey bro I’ll see u at the too
