Is possible to use other vst plugins on VST Rack?

Is it possible to connect a VST Rack to another sound card to use the output sound as a standalone VST rack without using the Dante network? Thanks!

It appears as if all plugins operate in mono. Can you get stereo across 2 channels?

example : I install all plugins on my desktop workstation(CPU i7) ok!?! I can run plungins of worstation on my laptop daw (CPUi3) ? WORSTATION DESKTOP(plugin server) -my router adsl(ethernet)- Yamaha RUio16-D (audiointerface ethernet for my laptop) - My Laptop (daw) .... i can? and i save CPU of laptop! I understand?
