Thanks for sharing these insights into AI and bioinformatics. Most workflows tend to be forgotten if they go without updates for long periods. Could this be used to upgrade workflows like DSL1 to DSL2 instead of manually rewriting whole pipelines?

Updating pipeline code is certainly one of the things we're looking into! As you say, there are a lot of great DSL1 pipelines out there, if we can make it easier to update them to DSL2 that could be really beneficial.
