But none of what she says stems from anything of history, her only reference of what reality is or whats true only comes from the bible. The bible is her reality and unfortunately for low vibrational beings, anyone who well spoken or beautifully articulate, they sound intelligent. The bible is not a history book. The reality of slavery and apartheid played a huge role in shaping or reshaping the belief systems of African born people. She never wanted to acknowledge that... anything u ask this lady, she will only refer to the bible... In a world populated by 8 billion people, of different races, cultures, traditions, historical experiences, inheritance, indigenous knowledge.... all she can refer to is the bible. I ask that u research and find where the bible comes from, how it compiled, by who, when and why... and how did it get to u as an African

A podcast we didn’t know we needed. Thank you MacG and all the panelist’s. Pearl is the definition of Matthew 16: 13-16. Christians have been so scared to be questioned by non-believers because they themselves don’t know Jesus and don’t have a relationship with Him. If you believe in something take the time to understand it and be ready to answer when you are asked about it.

Yoh Dr Nandipha 😢 1) the rise of ukutwasa is kind of a trend 2) cows have no deep meaning in African spirituality 3) there are irreversible curses 😮 but yet again they only work when you believe in them - do I can reverse it by just no longer believing in it 4) only spoke about 3 African spirits and then pitched one as more powerful than others. Sana!! We deserve a redo! There is SO much light, so much personal community in African spirituality

Don't underestimate how far scientific discovery can go. Earlier humans thought getting sick was because of a curse from God or something ridiculous like that, and then we learnt about viruses, bacterias, gems... They would be shocked if they were to live today. Discovering such may not happen in our lifetime or as we know humanity today, however, we may be suprised if we were to live in future centuries. The most frustrating thing about embracing superstitious like these is that, because they think they have the 'answers', they kill discovery. Billions and billions of believers worldwide, perhaps among them, they may have come up with real testable answers to these hard hitting questions. I agree with you non the less.

Hinduism was represented very well. I love how the guy was actually here to educate and not force his religion on others. He was factual and can hear he is educated on other religions too. The Christian lady was actually subtly attacking African Spirituality because she always had something to say to disregard what was said about African Spirituality. It would really be nice to have reps from different religion who will be factual and not personal. The Christian lady was actually stating her own interpretation of the Bible but not what was written. I have always been interested in religion and this gave me a reason to go back and study more on it, thanks to the podcast.
