BDP is the inability of regulating your emotions properly. It’s caused by childhood trauma and abandonment issues. 😢 Therapy works and mindfulness therapy. It’s a lifelong problem. Be safe ❤ and love yourself.

very true, i've felt like this for the longest too. but lately, I've realised there is nothing wrong with letting people who TRULY love and go out of their way for you, to help you. like the way Chy helped Winter, with a simple act of kindness like just being there to listen and comfort you. One thing I like about my therapist is when we first started she told me that therapy is a mixed bag. You’re not going to always leave feeling good, some sessions you may leave and be pissed or sad still. I think it’s important to know that before starting so that you don’t have expectations of feeling “cured” or “better” after every session Becuase just Becuase it doesn’t feel like it, there’s still change happening.

Thank you for continuing to share so openly in your podcast! I love how real you both are. As a born again Christian I can honestly speak to the fact that the history of the church and Christianity is dark. A belief system rooted in love has been used for evil, but I agree with Chy, God is a God of love and I choose to love others and share Gods love. I completely agree with Chy, my God is love and that’s what I believe. I grew up Christian and still have some remaining beliefs stemming from Christianity, but the amount of hate and hypocrisy that come from those that claim to be Christians doing “Gods work”pushes me away from calling myself a Christian. I know my relationship with God and I know he loves me, even if I don’t follow the religion how people expect me to.

I completely identify with chy about eating certain things and spitting them out. It ended up turning into an eating disorder (bulimia) when I was younger but is mostly under control today.
