So glad you talked about BPD, it’s not often talked about, and if it is, people think it’s bipolar disorder. Or dissociative identity disorder, like Chy. 🤣 I’ve been diagnosed with BPD as well, and I’ve learned that many people with BPD are on the spectrum. Actually, I believe there are so many of “us” (meaning literally every human) have undiagnosed autism, after learning what it really is. Anyway, after months in rehab for mental health, I finally have my BPD symptoms under control. DBT is so imperative to our recovery. That’s the therapy you likely went through, btw. 💕

very true, i've felt like this for the longest too. but lately, I've realised there is nothing wrong with letting people who TRULY love and go out of their way for you, to help you. like the way Chy helped Winter, with a simple act of kindness like just being there to listen and comfort you. It nourishes you in a weird way. other than that, feel what you need to feel and let go of it, so you can move on and be happy. hope this helps, if you needed the message. 💕

One thing I like about my therapist is when we first started she told me that therapy is a mixed bag. You’re not going to always leave feeling good, some sessions you may leave and be pissed or sad still. I think it’s important to know that before starting so that you don’t have expectations of feeling “cured” or “better” after every session Becuase just Becuase it doesn’t feel like it, there’s still change happening.

BDP is the inability of regulating your emotions properly. It’s caused by childhood trauma and abandonment issues. 😢 Therapy works and mindfulness therapy. It’s a lifelong problem. Be safe ❤ and love yourself.

The therapy you went through was probably CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy) or DBT(dialectical behavioral therapy). DBT is the one they tend to recommend for BPD.

As a born again Christian I can honestly speak to the fact that the history of the church and Christianity is dark. The reason why people hype up ugly busted people and try to humble attractive people is because we are threats. It’s easy to hype up someone ugly / out of shape because you’ll never view them as competition but if someone is very attractive they KNOW they’ll get overlooked for that person.
