I strongly believe the more experienced SW’s have a higher risk threshold in managing complex cases. I understand Nana’s point about male practitioners having a significant impact in terms of professional presence as breakdown in family/ SU’s relationships can be experienced more frequently by female SW’s than male. Interesting topic man dem. I’m definitely going to use this for my CPD 😂 Keep up the good work
