I think what makes MacG stand out from the rest of these Podcast and even Broadcasters.. Its his ability to listen and he doesn't try to make himself smart on certain subjects especially politics and other current affairs. He is not in denial of his weaknesses while he also understands his strengths. He has a way of incorporating humour and maintains his rawness and authenticity even in these kinds of serious discussions. No I disagree, Sol would have wanted to have his opinions heard because he reasons a lot and very critical and that would have kinda defeated the whole purpose of having experts as guests. Mac was the right person as he is less detached in politics so he listened more and spoke less but steered them in the right direction. I'm not taking anything away from Sol though, he's great but some interviews need a certain kind of an interviewer.
