I seriously need a friends like you guys having each others back like that is so rare I remember being at a concert and I got into a altercation with some girls in the crowd… in the end we ended up fighting and I was with my best friend at the moment. it was 3 bigger girls on me and I was by myself fighting them. my best friend at the time didn’t do shit she literally just stood by and watched she was tall and built to fight so to say she definitely had hands if I’ve been with a friend and they had some shit go on with another group of girls I’m definitely stepping in and that’s always been who I am so it hurt a lot when she didn’t do that for me …but in the end she ended up being super fake to me and that was the end of our friendship. I think that with anything that you enjoy, cutting it out 100% is unrealistic. Too much of anything is bad. I struggle with food and anytime I try a diet that is so hardcore and cuts out anything I enjoy it never lasts for me. I think with drinking like you said Winter you don’t have to do it all the time, every time you go out or hangout with someone. It’s definitely a hard habit to break but just be mindful and as long as you aren’t going out on benders or using it as a coping mechanism then it’s okay.
