Take time to grieve and please don't apologise for disappearing for a wee while from social media; self care is so important and necessary. I am glad you have your faith (and your knitting 😊) to help you through it. I hope your new medication can give you some relief from the menopause symptoms you are experiencing right now, hang in there - this too shall pass!
