Episode:7 Everyday health

In this episode I talk about my past week and getting over illness. Be grateful for everyday health and focus on ways to build on your healthy habits. What you put into this life can give you a product of what you gave into it. I plan to focus on consistent health, and disposing of bad habits that derail my progress. Zach! Learning social events and not drinking, it's hard asf fr! Everyone drinks and it's hard to go out and not drink, and learning to be comfortable with yourself all over again being sober and going out. Unfortunately I don't have many friends because everyone drinks and not partaking in that starts to kinda make you feel alone and question why we aren't good enough to be around sober. But being sober is one of the greatest feelings ever! I've been sober 2 years with 2 slip ups. Just keep going bro!
