Our 73-year-old dining room is unsurprisingly the beating heart of Al Johnson's. In fact, everything that's happened to this family business since 1949 has been the result of the amazing people and fine food that has always had our customers visiting in droves. Jaime Blossom is the Dining Room Manager of this well-oiled hospitality machine. Her youth and beauty are disarming, as she's worked with us for over 30 years, starting the summer of her 8th Grade year, and, of course, really-knows-what-she's-doing! Thanks Jaime for all your hard work at Al Johnson's. We had a 90 min. wait for a 6 top a few weeks ago and by the time we hit both gift shops our table was ready about 20 mins. early.

Watching this episode made me laugh and smile! I remember working the dining room with Al (back in the 70’s). The door staff had it down to the minute. We would turn a table in 60 seconds and seat the new guests and move to the next one. Al’s is a well oiled machine 😀

Wonderful episode. It is well worth it to wait for a table. We just go into the Butik. A Romanian girl helped me find the right size of clogs when we were there last October. Liked your story about your Dad :)
