Loved the EAYF last year and gutted to miss it this year. As a Norfolk born knitter who "emigrated" to South Wales a few years ago I am beyond happy to hear about the Folk yarn I would happily support a kickstarter and plan to be there in 2025 for the show.

I so want to buy some Folks yarn. Unfortunately I can’t get to the festival as I am in Perth Western Australia 🥺. I may however get there next year when I visit my family in Dundee 🥰 yes Laura was so passionate. Lovely story. Thank you both.

I fully support buying local when possible. I live in Australia so I miss out on lots of lovely yarn available to you in the UK but then I do have some local dyers who use local yarn here in Tasmania.

What an absolute BELTER of an idea, Laura! I love the way FOLK encompasses so many things East Anglian. (And there are so many folkies in east Anglia too! ) I expect all the goodies/badges will be gone by the time I get there on Sunday but never mind I shall certainly have a squish . Sounds like a lot of thought has gone into the venue as well, so excited about next weekend!
