Sure 😊 My Recipe for Rabri no Masala 01. 100g Singora powder 02. 50g Kamarkakdi powder 03. 100g Ghao nu doodh powder 04. 50g Charoli 05. 50g Kaju 06. 50g 4 types Magaj (dudhi seeds, pumpkin seeds, water melon seeds, cucumber seeds) 07. 25g Badam 08. 150g Sonth powder 09. 5g White Pepper powder 10. 10g Elaichi powder 11. 10g Nutmeg powder 12. Pure Ghee 13. Sugar 14. 25g Pista 15. 30g Gokhru powder Grind all this and mix numbers 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 11 & 15 together. For 1 person: - In a vessel take 1 teaspoon pure ghee and one tablespoon of the mix and sauté for 1 minute - Add 1 cup water and 1 cup milk and boil it. - Add sugar to you taste and dry nuts powder 2 tablespoons - For enhanced taste add a little saffron Easy Way: - 2 tablespoons of good Vasanu - Add 1 cup of milk. - Mix well with a hand mixer. - Heat it in a microwave for 1.5 minutes. - Drink it hot. This would be my shortcut for Rabri. I do this quite often during the winter months in Germany.

Vasanu is very nice but, utensil are aluminum it's not good...

Most of the aluminum cookware out now days is safe to cook with and serve from. Where you have problems is if you are working with high acidic foods, which might possibly react with the metal. At the end of the day you may use any utensils you like to cook in. You are right about possible drawbacks with the older aluminum vessels. I too prefer to use the alternatives. Most of the the ingredients used are Ayurvedic and don’t have an actual translation available. I would recommend checking online for further clarification. Even if you found translations the shops would not understand when you go to purchase the same. Enjoy!
