Hi, I am trying to add a business unit to the list where we have two already. However, I cannot add one from General ledger > Chart of accounts > Dimensions > Financial dimensions then after hitting the Dimension values button. The +New button is greyed out for me. Where should I go to add a business unit in D365FO?

The only use Microsoft edge browser to open work flow editor . It does not work in chrome

Check if you have the access for the instance with the credentials you are logging in. I also faced the same issue once. I was using my company's id to log into the instance and the client id to log into the workflow editor. Upon checking i found that the client id i was using to log in didnt have the access for that instance. Provide the access from system administrator->users->users. This might help
