If we are gonna play him in buffalo then we might as well have not bought out skinner. Skinner was getting paid a lot but he was a 30 goal scorer who didnt play 2 ways. Why bring in an inconsistent goal scorer that actually playing worse defense than skinner? It doesnt make sense to use him to replace Skinner since we dont know if he can score in the NHL and are gonna get the same, if not worse effort on back checking.

The Sabres need to trade for Rasmus Anderson, and the lines and pairs should look like this Peterka Thompson Tuch Kulich Cozens Quinn Benson Mcloud Greenway Malenstyn Lafferty Aube-Kubel Power Dahlin Byram Anderson Samuelsson Komarov

Kulich should not start in buffalo. He was hot to start last year and then disappeared after the world juniors for most of the rest of the season until the last couple weeks. He isnt mentally or physically ready. He is also extremely offensive woth almost 0 defensive effort or ability.

He looks more built now though, and he seems to be putting forth more effort in the areas you say he is bad. Also seems more confident when speaking to the press. An off-season can change a player stop living in the past.

@@JoshDragRace0688 if he actually did all that and improved his defensive effort then I will admit that I was wrong. But I'm not living in the past. I'm just pointing out how not ready he was at the end of last season.

@@JoshDragRace0688 he also put forth more effort in a prospect tournament against who??? AHL players or worse. While he is trying to make the sabres roster.bof coarse he is putting effort in right now

@@JoshDragRace0688 that's a lot of info from 3 games. I guess you are right and he will be an all-star because you saw him try for 3 games against non NHL players

@@aarongriffin4901 I mean do you think Kulich doesn't have to skill to be a top 6 forward in the NHL? Seems to me he has plenty of skill. If he can start bringing the effort away from the puck and on defense, etc. he could be an all-star in the NHL so... he wasn't drafted in the 1st round for no reason and his AHL rookie numbers were some of the best ever for an 18 year old, there is a lot of potential there. If the guy is given a shot on the NHL roster, maybe his effort continues to be as good as it has been in the prospect tournament and camp.
