why doesn't the Kapex 60 stand set come in imperial like the 120 does. Once you figure that out I will buy the whole saw and stand set unless I lose interest first. The dealers arent smart enough to know they could just swap out one of the boxes.

"What do you want a 3" sander for".... For a workpiece that's smaller than 5 or 6"? I kind of like the idea of a small sander. I know car painting people would like them.

Good video- any chance of seeing either and updated hkc saw OR a tsc60. The fsk functionality is incredibly useful but the hkc really needs a refresh so it can become more of an everyday saw

@@festoolusa hopefully either in cordless with the 168mm blade just to unify the system for people who have a csc50. You’ve made a great cordless table saw that runs those blade so hopefully that can be transferred to either of or both of those saws

I Love and have alot of festool tools. With that said.....it seems Festool is usually 'late' to the game! I'd like to see them offer much more items. I have Milwaukee for most my day to day construction tools, but would love to see festool having more options.

We need much improved fences for the new table saw and kapex to allow less play and ability to cut a much greater variety of trim and mouldings.

@@festoolusa thanks festool I think we would also appreciate tips and tricks that if something has a little play can we do a minor fix with a clamp or some other tool to stabilize it further until a full engineering solution is worked out. The Kapex fence needs to be higher I know Kazen does a higher fence to accommodate larger crown. Festool has to aim higher than other manufacturers it reinforces the better quality tool. We also like more accuracy of cuts and very tight tolerances that level of engineering excellence is what we are after.

Thank you for the great video. Instead of having to buy so many different parts and pieces, this Festool Centrotec Kit (576804) I really wish was still available. It makes so much sense to offer something like this to enable someone to have an all in one option. Any chance there is an option to bring something like this back, especially in Canada? :) Thank you

Hi there! Unfortunately, the cost of the design, production etc of bringing the EU version to North America outweighs the limited interest. Ultimately, it's just not economically feasible, and we'd like to focus our limited resources in other areas. Luckily, our Rotex can fill in for many of the applications of a belt sander like scribing and stock removal. Short answer - it's really a business decision to not bring the belt sander over to this market.

You can get replacement knobs that can be pulled back and tightened more. Sedge made a video about it, it's a great upgrade!

@tpolarich6039 I think you're reading too much into it. Mine doesn't drift, and I have a very recent build. The domiplate still has life in it, if you're strictly production based or only use certain thickness sheet goods.

Corded version are always better than cordless. Don’t supported companies that focus on battery power. I hope everyone realises that in 5 years time Festool and other companies with change the battery connection method and then want you to buy all new tools. It’s a scam.
