I agree with you that fast food jobs are very important and especially the workers should be respected because I couldn’t do that job with all these disrespectful people, I would catch a case! BUT I disagree with the “because no one cooks these days “ because I’m 48 and have been cooking since I was 8 years old and I cook lunch and dinner EVERY single day for my kids. The only time I don’t cook is when my 12 and 10 year old sons ask me for McDonald’s or something like that. I have raised my first two kids(ages 32 and 31) the same way by cooking lunch and dinner everyday. My grandma had me in the kitchen at 8 and told me that you have to learn how to cook and I was so excited that even to this day my peace is in my kitchen when I’m cooking. I cool everything from breakfast food , seafood boils (I make my own sauce) to regular dinner to huge soul food dinners. Cooking is my passion because I love the compliments from the people that eat my food(I cook for all family holidays and family birthdays) . I’ve never went to culinary school but I will bet money that my food tastes better 💯
