Steven Richard seems like he prays on women with low self-esteem, and he uses his personal training to lure them in. Women have to learn how not to allow that mouthpiece to get to them. Go by actuons, not words. Words are just thst WORDS. Action tell all. If a man means what he says, his actions will continuously show it. Otherwise, do not let the words guide your decisions. Pay attention to his actions. Men, the same thing. Go by a woman's action because her actions will match her words. The actions are more important much more important then the words.
