You made a mistake. Antigen of A and B blood group are present but doesn't attach with RBC so it seems as O blood group but actually it isn't O blood group

Where is this coming from? Many websites say that A and B antigens are absent in the Bombay type and this is obvious because H antigens are absent in case of this type so A and B antigens can't really form since their precursors are the H antigens. Though, I still think he should have highlighted the difference between O type and Bombay type which is that O type has a lot of H antigens (more than any other type) while Bombay type lacks them

@@denrarin My teachers said that A and B antigen's formation is independent of H antigen means antigen will form but does not attach.... That's why Bombay phenotype can't donate or receive blood from any other type....But if they are donating without plasma so yeah they will be universal donor
