What a liberating book. This has been one of the most meaningful and transformative things in my walk with God and I’m sure many feel the same. Thank you Jesus.

Deuteronomy 17:18-20 The King of Israel was instructed not just to write himself a copy of the law but to read from it every day. Leaders (ministers, elders, etc.) especially need the promise of this passage. Reading God's word will keep us oriented, on the right path, and most of all, Humble! As a side note, the reader is Stephen Johnston. Stephen Johnston has been narrating and producing television, radio, and audio Bible products since 1981. If I am correct this is the 1995 NASB version😎

It is obvious that this gentleman never read the text before he got to the studio; the same is true with every other book of the Bible this guy reads...

George Fisher I disagree strongly. His reading is clear, observant of the text and above all, self-subordinating. I appreciate his respect for the Holy Word. I wish I knew who he is.

I think this is one of the best readings I've listened to this far. It seems absent of ego. I like that .
