That’s what you call a metal breakdown? These boy bands pretending to be metal have all the same “heavy” riffs by playing one or two notes with boring rhythms. It’s fine if you like this, it’s just very very very far from metal. Just because something has a distorted guitar doesn’t make it metal or even rock necessarily, this song is a great example. Personally I think this is the most annoying sounding song on the rock radio stations right now, and the stupid “breakdown” sounds god awful and super out of place in this queer song
