Hleb sa belim lukom
Sastojci:
250 gr. brašna
30 ml. maslinovog ulja
180 ml. mlake vode
pola kašičice soliž
5 gr. suvog kvasca
Za premaz:
3 kašike maslinovog ulja
3 čena belog luka
prstohvat soli
prtohvat šećera
Bread with garlic
Ingredients:
250 gr. flour
30 ml. olive oil
180 ml. lukewarm water
half a teaspoon of salt
5 gr. dry yeast
For coating:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
