Hi Under the panel layout navigator if i go to 'All PArts' drop down there is nothing there. Is that cos I don't have any macro/image.ema files saved?

Just insert a new model view with that side view. Make it your page macro that serves your automatic generation. If this explanation is not understood, just call your EPLAN expert, they can spend some consulting time with you to understand the meaning of that page macro and that model view I explained. Sorry I only have a few lines to answer in KZbin.

Hi , great really clear explanation / videos I’m having trouble with 2D panel layouts, I can’t get the 2D panel layout navigator up or the option to draw a mounting panel . All I can get up is the 3D layout navigator (this is in pro panel). Is there any reason 2D bits wouldn’t show and only the 3D options ?

Hello ProPanel does not by default have the 2D panel layout option. This would allow the users to place twice the same device by mistake. In 3D, you work in the layout, then you place model views in your regular 2D pages. Other videos cover this...

Roland Younk that’s great thanks , I thought I was being stupid and there would be a way some how. Iv done it all in 3D now 😃I was just struggling at the time as I didn’t have all the 3D macros but using your other videos iv worked out how to make them from step files 👍

I only use EPLAN standard templates. They are all on your EPLAN Master data folder.
