I've been hunting for a replacement POS system and most of the demos and sites are iffy if not horrible...I will say this demo was one of the BEST I have ever seen in my months of looking. I don't know if I"ll end up with epos but the demo like the one above should be standard for every POS system out there. Thanks.

Hi Fred, You may need to do one of two things, either perform a cloud sync - support.eposnow.com/s/article/Cloud-Sync?language=en_US Or your staff user may have the 'Blind EOD' tickbox enabled on the staff role. To check, in your back office go to Manage>Staff>Staff Roles, look for the relevant staff member and scroll across to see if the tickbox is checked for 'Blind EOD'. If it is you can amend this by clicking 'Edit' next to the staff member and unticking. Epos Now Support Team

how do you set up the passcode for each employee??

Hi Courtney, Go to back office > manage > staff > staff again > click edit on the staff member > enter a password > click update. Repeat until you've entered them for your required amount of staff members.
