@@LeggariProducts Hi, I am impressed with the versatility of Liggari products. I have a kitchen I am planning to lightly remodel, light gray walls white cabinets are the colors I am looking forward, black or white utensils not sure yet, I am working under a limited budget, I guess base on your experience what color would be a good match for the counter top, That it doesn't take too much time and simple to apply for someone who hasn't done it before? I am looking forward to hearing from you guys. Thanks

I am going to order your products for my ccounter tops in my kitchen, my 2 bathrooms, and my windows but I am wondering if there is any differences with the epoxy products if I want to use it on the flooring kitchen, bathrooms and the bathroom tiles? The same with the walls in the bathroom's tiles! I am really impressed and would like to use it all over the places that, I need to upgrade! I have a 2 inches damage on the surface of my bathtub and I whatched your work on the bath/kitchen sink and that was really helpful:) Is it possible to use your product on the kitchen cabinates? My cabinates are coldwhite glossy colored. Is it possible to use your product on my kitchen cabinets? Are you able to advise me about what kind of products I need to order if I send you pictures of my existing home design included my plans for upgades? please advice! Thanks:)

There are no VOC's so virtually no fumes at all. You can use acrylic paint but you can't use much because it won't level out flat and that can create issues.

How does it take scrapes or knife edges?
@MewCat100
@MewCat100 6 жыл бұрын
I've used several brands of these countertop epoxies and I will say this; they do not handle heat well. Nothing over 125 F or you will end up with marks, distortions, swelling, etc. They are great for scratches if cured at the right temp, but they don't handle heat all that well. They are not equivalent to granite or other stone, for instance.

So what effect would you get if you sprayed into the air, above the counter top? I was thinking that some of the spray would drift down onto the top. Have you tried that method? Also - I see you use a high gloss urethane top coat - if you used a Matt finish - wouldn’t you get a better look at the finished design (I.e., no reflected glare, just looking straight at the design). Love your work. Cheers, Gary

What is the WB urethane top coat and why did you use it? Can i use this epoxy for a wall art or you have special epoxy different than the counter top epoxy? Does chemicals ruin it? Like aceton or perfume of detergent?
@LeggariProducts
@LeggariProducts 5 жыл бұрын
Yes you can use it for wall art, you just need to apply the epoxy horizontally first. If you spill chemicals on it you just need to wipe it up, it will not harm the epoxy. Our WB Urethane comes in high gloss and leaves a minor texture and we also have a WB Urethane that’s a Matte/Satin finish.

This product is very low VOC and really doesn't even smell when applying. Epoxy is extremely food safe. It's a go-to product for commercial kitchen applications. It has more of a sealed surface than marble, granite, & quartz countertops which means it’s much harder for bacteria to grow on it as bacteria likes to grow in the small holes of natural stone. Thank you Tracey!

Can epoxy be used outdoors?Yes it can, but we recommend only on counter tops and we recommend you use medium to darker colors so when it ambers over time you won’t see it. Most buildings have good windows that block out the majority of UV rays from reaching the indoors that’s why color combinations and floors aren’t as affected inside. Thanks

@@LeggariProducts your video that I have been watching and I have begun practicing in my work as an exterior interior worker, turns out to make my art horizons more and more unique, in the field of mastering and using epoxy materials I learned a lot from you ... in Indonesia, art workers don't know much about the prospects of using epoxy materials for making tables and floors. For this reason, I am very grateful to Leggari Products for all the epoxy art that is displayed on KZbin, all the time ...

Leggari Products i think you put the wrong number because 30 mil is just over 1 inch thick.
@RealLifeDollhouseMiniatures
@RealLifeDollhouseMiniatures 6 жыл бұрын
Pellet Grill Enthusiasts A 'mm' is a different measurement from a 'mil'. Mil is used to measure liquid coatings and paper thickness. A standard drivers license is a tiny bit over 10 mil so this countertops coating is about as thick as 3 drivers licenses stacked together.

Is this urethane topcoat FDA approved???
@splash5974
@splash5974 6 жыл бұрын
Love the counter, but impressed with the urethane... Can you not do a flood coat with clear epoxy? I find the urethane coat makes it look too much like laminate
@LeggariProducts
@LeggariProducts 6 жыл бұрын
We have 3 different top coat options. Glaze coat is our super high gloss top coat that lays out glass smooth just like the metallic epoxy coat. Our WB Urethane comes in high gloss and leaves a minor texture and we also have a WB Urethane that’s a Matte/Satin finish. This Client chose the high gloss Urethane.

What type of paint is the metallic white? Is that like latex paint? And how much does the whole kit cost? I love the way it's done, looks very easy and beautiful, I want my kitchen countertops done that way

We are using metallic powders to color leggari epoxy. You can actually order or price out a custom kit for that exact square footage through the Counters section of our website at www.leggari.com. Simply click on Counters >>>> Order Counter Kit Here, then follow the steps.
