This is so cool, thanks! If someone wanted to, just do the same as you have , measure what they need & drill a hole center of dish/bowl & presto, you now have a light cover that emits a rainbow of colors in the room. Or even different colors of epoxy at certain angles for a more colorful effect. ❤❤👍🏼👍🏼

OMG there are so many possibilities for those cubes. Like building an igloo out of the blue ones mir xed with some white ones. Or a modern kind of christmas tree with the green ones. Or even a small log cabin for a diorama... The list seems endless to me. That bowl is awesome. But I would have put it on the bowl upside down to use the help from gravity...

Beautiful! But can you explain the purpose of taping the plexiglass before cutting it?

It keeps the teeth of the saw from splintering the edge of the plastic so you get clean cuts. You can do the same thing with wood, or clamp the wood to a second piece of sacrificial wood if you're drilling or sawing it.

That was pretty cool, when I was in school I made a three tier candy dish, out of plexiglass heating it up in an oven and letting it cool on a dowelled board that gave it that rippled effect. But that's a pretty cool way you did that. Plus you didn't just make a cool looking candy dish you also made a nice mini ice cube tray lol 😂
