Escape to paradise with over 7 acres of crystal clear blue waters. This is the first of several neighborhood community lagoons planned in Florida. The next with be in Wimauma, FL about 30 minutues SE of Tampa.
Metro Development Group has partnered with Crystal Lagoons to build massive freshwater pools water entertainment areas to give its homebuyers a taste of the Caribbean without leaving their local community. Crystal Lagoon is a multinational company with locations around the world. They have developed a state of the art technology that allows them to build and maintain crystalline lagoons of unlimited sizes at low costs offering an idyllic beach lifestyle anywhere in the world.
Epperson is a master planned community by Metro Places in Wesley Chapel, located near I-75 & US 54. It was voted 2019 Tampa Bay Builders Assoc Winner for Community of the year. The Epperson Lagoon is the first tropical paradise recreational ammenity which opened in 2018.
With more than 7 acres of crystal clear blue water, sandy beaches, pal trees, swim up bar, water slide, and recreational rentals.
Crystal Lagoon has recently broken ground on their 2nd joint venture with Metro Developmennt group. A 5 acre lagoon, Southshore Bay community in Wimauma about 30 miles south of Tampa. Southshore is expected to have 2,800 homes and its lagoon to open in Summer of 2020. In total there are 11 lagoons of 5-15 acres each being planned at the Metro Development communities.

I'm currently looking at these lagoon communities as well. Wounded in 2007 and retired in 2012. Combining my VA home loan with 100% property tax exemption based on my VA ratings, it only makes sense to live out life at any of the lagoon communities

yes I know it was $20 but you would want to call them, because when the community fills up to a certain level they won't allow outside in. I think it is still open to the public.

They will charge to much for HOA fees if they did close to the public it’s way to much money for the up keep for them not to allow the public to come and plus there’s a limit on the amount of people who can be at the lagoon at once but they are building one on the south side of Tampa here in south riverview Ruskin Area it’s already construction being done in a neighborhood for it

Don't waste your money . This place sucks !!! It looks great on the video but there is impossible to do any swimming unless you don't mind do that in a waist high water. Save your $25 and go somewhere else
