Hi My Epson ET 2760 is asking me to refill the ink tanks even though the color ones are only on the second line from the top ( so they are at least half full) and the black is above the third line from the top (so it is at least 1/3 full). Should I be getting such a notification? I would not expect it till at least only ¼ left. I cannot do any maintenance functions like cleaning the heads etc without refilling the tanks. Please clarify. Thank you

Initial setup says protective materials still to be removed but I've done that as far as I can tell - no little blue tape strips stuck anywhere. The only thing remaining is the clear plastic strip encasing what I assume are the 4 ink tubes which I thought was not to be removed or even touched. What am I doing wrong?

I see in the Reset Ink Levels it says 5/6 how many times can you reset this. Can you only refill the tanks 6 times???

That's just the options. Option 5/6 is the cartridge test. Like 4/6 is the clean head option.

Hi! The ink level should be visible through the tank windows, otherwise - your printer will alert you when ink is low.

You may have the bottle backwards, when putting in the bottle make sure the word epson and the numbers are facing outward

The video tells you plainly what to do and what not to do. Watch the video a few times to memorize it. Watch closely which direction the bottle is facing when filling (the word epson and the numbers are facing outward ). When closing the Top there's a button on the right hand side that you push to bring it back down. (Don't force it).

if I missed fill in the colorful ink at the initial step(only fill in black ink), now I couldn`t print in color. how could I refill in the colorful ink and start ink charging again?

Uh, oh! If you missed the initial ink add step - you can fill to the ink lines (after the fact) and then do at least one power cleaning. Then do a nozzle check to see if it filled. If any broken lines do regular head cleaning.
