Hi. I have both! 😁✌️ The 6250 is ok but more for gaming! It is not so brighty. As the 7000 or 7100! On highest level. It is like the 7000 on half!! It is great. Don't get me wrong! But for movies it's better more brightness! And I have a big problem with apple tv. That works fine on the 7100. But not on the 6250. I can get hdr to work. On the Amazon stick it works. So I don't now 🤷‍♂️. I purchased for gaming. So if you have the money. Get both. 😁✌️

Hey, thank you for your comment. I consider buying either a 7000 or a 7100, though right now here in germany the 7000 costs 1000 Euro, while the 7100 costs 1400. Do you think the 7100 is so much better as the 7000 that it is worth the extra 400 Euro?

Projector Epson eh-tw7000 closer in contrast and price to 6250. Which one would you recommend to buy? Android and speakers built into the projector are not important to me.

7000 has better optical with large lens shift horizontal too and this make more easy to place it into room. If you are not intrested to android functions choose it.

Not really. The brightness of projector lamp will be the strongest when new! Its only for the speakers, that needs some play time for the drivers to become lil loose

Hi Tanmay, Can 7100 be used as a table top projector or it has to be installed in the ceiling...

It is ideally an installed model. As placing on table and setting up the projection may consume time and spoil the fun. Table top are generally portable models!

You may wanna check throw distance too! If the room has more ambient light then go with Epson TW-7100

Non so se risponderà mai al mio quesito ma ci provo ugualmente seguendolo nei video ed avendo visto davvero tanta competenza. Ma se ho un epson eh-tw610 varrebbe la pena avendo trovato in offerta di 700€ passare a questo tw6150 ? Oppure la differenza sarebbe irrisoria ? Ps. Poi a livello di affidabilità il tw6150/250 sono ottimi prodotti per l’homecinema ? (Non parlo durata lampada) proprio affidabile tecnicamente. Grazie ❤

The difference will definitely be significant between TW-610 and TW-6250. But if you have a chance to upgrade to TW-7100 instead then go for that 👍🏻

Quindi diciamo che la differenza la di noterà e non sarà una cosa minima se prendessi il 6250 per il full hd 610. Però lei consiglia il 7100 che però ahimè davvero ci avevo pensato ma purtroppo rispetto alle 750€ del primo, quest’ultimo va oltre il 1500€ 😔. Altrimenti dovrei valutare di aspettare ancora qualche anno con il 610 se la differenza con il 6250 non dovesse essere abissale, per poi cambiarlo tra un paio d’anni con un 7100.

Very good review. I´d preffer the 7100 because the high contrast, but it is too big. And what´s about the noise levels? And if you consider the new LED and laser models, and the 4x 4K pixel shift in the DLP ones...

TW-7100 will still win! LED is good for lower power consumption and higher light source, but when it comes to better image on screen it still needs lot of work!

I have read a lot of comments about the low QC related to the lens uniformity in the 7100, and that it is 5 years old. I´ve been considering the new BenQ W4000, but it doesn´t have a long throw lens like these Epson.

Hi Tanmay, Epson don't sell the 7100 where I am. Will the disparity in contrast ratio between the 7000 (40,000:1) and 6250 (35,000:1) make a real world difference?

@@AkshayGajghate TW7100 has no lan Port, you need tò add wifi adapter. You need a source to connect to projector firestick 4K or 4K Max Is fine. It Is 4k HDR 10 compatible like all 3lcd 4k (except latest ls11000/12000 models) it Is vobulated so means effettive pixels on screen are double then full HD but half of 4k. You can't play contents direct from an USB pen from projector because has not a media player enclosed. I don't know what you can install into firestick.

Hi, isn't Pro UHD means they are not real 4k compare to other brands such as BenQ , Optima etc who have 8 million pixels while Epson with 4 million, is it make any difference in UHD or 4 K ?

@@TanmayMehtaThanks so, yes it is like in the past, HD ready compare to Full HD isn't, so this is not a real 4k just an upscaled, because it has only 4 million pixels, a real 4k need at least 8 million, I love Epson because I have a good full HD projector now and it is 3 LCD technology is trustworthy compare to DLP, can you please give me a suggestion how about Benq w2700i this is more expensive but it has 8 million pixels but I am worried about, DLP technology, because of good experience from Epson.

No. You need to connect 4K/Atmos compatible Media Player with Samsung Soundbar and HDMI Cable from Soundbar's HDMI output to Epson TW-7100.

i have 6250 and i have connected samsung q800c to hdmi(arc) port of 6250, and atmos works excellent, so i think in 6250 eARC port, not arc

I booked Epson EH TW6250 in Australia, It cost me AUD2068.00 (Rs.111672.00Approx) with 4 years extended warranty. my old Epson TW9200 projector which I bought in December 2013 having some problems, not working.
