Just got mine yesturday and I am loving the quality. Its my first printer and I also love that its 2 years of Ink. Saves me money and time to get my college homework in. Also love the fact that it can print high quality pictures. Ive only tested it 4x6 and I really want to print 8x11 sometime soon! To top it off I love the quality of the paper!

Lorita Maliqi I dont think it does to be honest. I havent really tried it but I also havent seen an option on the printer to print double sided.

I just ordered mine and can't wait. I was about to yet again order cartridges for my printer when I had to stop and do the math. I've been using the same inkjet for 5 years now and have ordered cartridges 16 times! That's about $500 in cartridges and they don't last long at all. Annoying. Got this one for under $200. If it lasts 2 years it more than will have paid for itself but the convenience of not having to order and replace cartridges that go dry right when you need them most, priceless. Edit 2024 - 5 YEARS and no issues!

The model is epson et2650 in Mexico or other countries is espon l395, the best printer!! I have this printer for aboute 5 years and still running, only sometimes I have to clean the heads, but is pretty easy, both my sister and I are teachers and we print a lot of worksheets, tests and exams, they are good quality and in the printer says that we already printed 21,000 sheets no kidding, a good investment, the pros are that in Mexico the original epson ink cost 8 dllrs besides 15 dllrs in the usa, I have the US model because I live on the border in Mexico/USA, but until this printer dies obviously gonna get another epson printer.

Can I print on heat transfer paper for use on a tee shirt with the et 2650. cannot locate the amount of pigment ink used for this printer I understand it uses both pigment and dye ink. Want to print via heat transfer paper to transfer print design to tee shirts...

I read the 2650 et printer uses both dye and pigment ink, is that not so? Have there been changes in dye inks? I keep reading dye ink will bleed after washing it just will not hold up after repeated washings. So it's the design of the printable heat transfer paper for inkjets that keeps the ink from bleeding? BTW I like my 2650 et so far. Beautiful prints, wonderful for paper crafting too. Thanks for your help.

Peter Willison you shouldn’t leave paper in printer anyway It slackens and takes on ambient moisture,,,
