My epson L3250 both green and red light is blinking, can you help me solve this problem..

can you print report from computer it print or not? if not print is it show error on computer or not? if it is alert Service Required, the print End of life ink pad, need to reset, some red light blinking can print but can copy, removed cable scan from main board and reconnected. Now try press can cell button or copy button it is clear error or not
