I agree, I’ve had a replacement and this thing still doesn’t want to act right. I see blue check marks next to my WiFi name but still saying disconnected. It’s so annoying.

I purchased a Epson NX420 and it fails to connect on initial setup. It had an error code of W-51 and W-55 i believe. I dont have a USB cord to use, is that the problem?

Nor me. I mean this XP-330 we have already hasn't been able to print for a few years now-- put in a new cartridge, and there's still some issue-- so was really only good as a scanner, and now it's not even connecting to our Wifi so that it can at LEAST do that (and I must've reselected our Wifi and reentered its PW 3 times now). BS Epson.

Same here. My Brother printer is working just fine. Somehow, it fails to detect my router. I wonder if it is a problem with my router rather than epson's.
