Bought one today at Staples. Got it home, downloaded the software. It acted like it was working but then the scan page shut down and no docs were saved anywhere. Windows 10. Spent 45 minutes with their 'support', hard to understand her, unprofessional. She said please hold at 45 minutes, an hour later she had never come back on the line. I downloaded the microsoft scan tool from their website and got the scanner to work, quality of pic was poor. I hope mine is a rare instance, was actually looking forward to using this.

You can scan documents and plastic credit card, but not photographs or high gloss photos. This is just a document scanner and that's it.

Oh no, no, no. This is false advertisement and propaganda. I've done everything to try to make this work wirelessly, but it does not work with Windows 10. Huge flaw. They've done nothing to remedy this with the ES-60W, as they are already poised the discontinuation of its manufacture.
