Sir i have a problem about my printer, what would we do if we print documents then the result of the printing is yellow instead black or other colors?

Please go in to setting from your mobile or press the small arrow down and you will see there is option for colour or black and white so choose a black and white thanks.

Yes it's present in both format please go in setting and change the setting black and white to colour or colour to black and white

You’re not supposed to pull the ink cartridges press the button on the printer to change that cartridge and it’ll move into position on its own.

This is one really temprimental bit of kit, it is unruly all the time and is just utter rubbish, all Epson products are total crap. The latest issue I now have with it, is for some odd reason I can no longer scan. Even with the direct connection into the back of the computer, refuses to scan, and this is not just Epsons fault it is Microsofts fault too for the constant updates that wreck your computer and any connections you have. Epson and Microsoft are both greedy and very random companies that need to be removed from our society for giving sub-standard services and for using Worlds resources to produce total rubbish. It is a sin and should be made illegal what they are doing. Epson, your products are so random and have issues with their little brains that they almost appear to have an attitude and think for themselves. Not the type of machine I want at all. Epson, you con your customers too when you turn on an Epson machine, what you have is 10--15 minutes of the printer cleaning the heads, which in turn uses all your ink. This is a con, it should be made illegal and Epson should be forced to produce a quality product that is not a lie and is not hiding behind poor technology and greed. Epson, you will get your comeuppance oneday, they always do and when you do, you will be gone, just like that. Microsoft, currently no one is challenging you, but that will change inevitably and you too will become a thing of the past. Both of you cannot continue to product sub-standard technology that in most cases is totally inefficient and unusable in comparison to products produced in the near past. Epson = 2/10 ranking. Microsoft 1/10 ranking. This ranking is the best you will ever get from me Microsoft and others, the reason for this is you con everyone especially with Windows10, not having even the basics so Word as an example which was on all previous versions you now have ot pay £79.99 per annum for and it is a sub-standard bit of software in comparison to what we had on Windows7. Not just that, but nothing is compatible, Excell is no longer part of a package and costs you extra money to use and is a different version that is for Windows 10 and windows 10 sucks you need to be removed permanently from society, all American owned corporations that go out of their way to con you and influence you need to be removed or avoided as soon as alternatives become available.
