Epworth Equestrian Penultimate Parkrun My Event

Welcome to the second to last Epworth Equestrian parkrun. I didn't hit the record button hard enough on the second camera so just a short one today. Still, a cracking parkrun all the same and if your watching this to decide if you should do it on its final week, I would skip straight to yes. What an enjoyable parkrun this was indeed, helped by the fact I managed some pain free running too.

Cheers, yeah I think next week there will be bonkers for the final one. Cafe Cat was ace and totally deserving of its own jingle 😂 not sure the people at that table thought so, he seemed quite protective of his sandwich 😂😂

If I disappear under suspicious circumstances, you know where to look 😂😂 It really is a shame when they go. I'm not sure why this one is. They've just said they no longer have access to the area. But a new one is just around the corner with the same core team yet to be announced 👌

Well done for getting out and jeffing it today Craig, I'm glad you are back on the mend. Congratulations too on the 200 milestone and the half cowell club. BBC breakfast had a video this morning that they recorded at Heaton Park last week for the 20th anniversary and I got my starring 3 seconds in slo-mo putting signs up as we helped set up 😀 Unfortunately we wont be able to make it to this one before it finishes (we have the half next week in manchester), but i have seen rumour that they might have already found a new site to replace it. So potentially another one to tick off in the future.

Fingers crossed you be back to fighting fitness soon. I'm hoping to bring the insta with me next week to capture some of it but the battery on the go 3s only goes for 30-odd minutes. I'll just have to try and switch it on for interesting bits.

@TheRegularRunner if it's a go 3s you can set it to switch on and record foe a few mins and power back down every however many mins you like. Works really well and you'll get plenty of content that way 👌

Oh Shara you'll love it, it's pancake flat too lol. I imagine it'll be a good one for the finale, hope you have a blast x ps. Make sure you get there early if you'll need the loo the lines were quite long and with only one loo for Female and one for Male, they didn't move very fast! x
