Please tell me the different between eq boast and hybrid

They're both hybrids, EQ boost is a mild Hybrid. The main difference seems to be that a conventional hybrid has a larger motor/battery that can run the car in isolation(with the engine completely off). A mild hybrid just assists the engine and is allows the car to turn off more often but not necessarily run it.
