Have you ever had an issue where it doesnt load? I get to the Accept/Do not Accept screen, hit accept, then screen is black and nothing else populates

I would think that would either be a bad rip of the EQOA disc or a problem with the graphics settings for your computer. Try setting the graphics renderer to Software and if you still get a black screen I would try to run your EQOA disc through ImgBurn again.

I am about to lose my February. I’ve had the discs and ps2 upstairs for years and was bummed I only got to play this game for two months before they had to shut it down because of the credit card subscription CVV limitation.

It does, you just need a way to run cheats to get past DNAS like a FreeMCBoot memory card

These are instructions for playing on a PC. It uses a PS2 emulator program called PCSX2

I just dont know how the newest builds work with networking so I always try to make my videos with the latest stable release. Im sure once you get networking set up on the newest builds it will work fine

you can connect and run around with other people and chat and stuff but its not a fully functional eqoa server yet

It works on a ps2 as well, you just need a way to run cheats to use the DNAS bypass. A freemcboot memory card is the best and cheapest way.

I get error during during "Status: connecting to update server..." (approx 12:56 in the video). Everything works great until that part. Any idea what might be going wrong for me?

@@SoyAntonioGaming Not just you, I'm also having that issue. Just posted about in the discord. After looking over the logs and talking with randomguy, it appears the memory card is using a different IP that is stored by default.

Yes the "cheat" file included is a piece of code that bypasses the DNAS authentication built into the game. It basically just skips over a piece of anti-piracy built into most PS2 games that will return a network error if it doesn't pass.
