Real talk! I used to watch this video all the time back in middle school. They would soon break up and I would lose all hope in ever seeing them live. 6 years later (1 year ago from now) they play in my state and after like 80 dollars in uber costs I get to see them and Thomas holds the mic up to me during their deflower outro to scream "fake!". That was a great moment in my life and it makes me kinda wanna cry, man. Not that I ever would though. I'm an adult now.

Saw them live a few days ago and was actually looking for any vids from the concert and came across this gem. Now I feel old and a bit sad cuz when I first saw them it was around that time. We hung out and it was so exciting. Life was an easy one back then.

i just seen TFOT last night for there last show in buffalo.and all i can say is amazing.well fucking worth it.thomas erak is amazing and gets the crowd going.and i started noticeing the drummer when they played dirty pillow talk he was going crazy.then they played like 20 seconds of mettalica and outkast so fresh so clean lmao.if i could go see them everyday for the rest of my life i would.

frank is the only one who hasnt let the success of the band get to his head. im not sure if thats because he hasnt been there from the beginning but when i met frank after a show one time he seemed way down to earth and was very nice to me and my friend. he seemed to appreciate our respect whereas the other two just kind of dont care and get drunk after shows. the last time i saw them was like a year ago though so maybe things have changed but i doubt it. thats all.

Don't judge a book by its cover, man. I've managed to talk to Thomas like I said and he was really cool. The problem with all music nowadays is that you have all sorts of fans who obsess over someone in the band and therefore act all immature and starstruck to them. What most people don't realize is that those people in bands are normal people too and can be treated as such. So maybe that was a direct result of what he observed maybe moments before you saw them. Who knows.
