I so love that this video is online and I can find it easy. Just throw it on the TV while I'm doing stuff. I got some fresh sage filling my house, I bought a woodwick candle so that my roommate feels awesome when she comes home from her trip. And I'm almost 48 hours into a 3 to 4 day long fast. Feeling awesome and just kind of resetting myself, mind-body and soul I think. I think I've commented before on this video. I'm just grateful for it. It's a great set.
